Shipping policy

All orders include tracked express shipping.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand.

Once your tracking number is available, we will email you the shipment details so you can track your order.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers while orders are in transit.
